API with your own organisation keyThe same data as the open API. Without a key, a shared limit of 30 calls a minute applies, which is not reserved for you. Your own key is capped at 100 calls a minute per key and 50,000 calls a month per organisation, unless your agreement sets another monthly ceiling. Administrators are normally emailed when 80% of the monthly quota is used (at most once a month), and calls stop when the cap is reached. Logging per organisation and support are included. The SLA promises no response times for API calls and no separate uptime target for calls made with a key.
Portfolio without unit capAll the municipality's units in one view, with cost centre and project number per unit.
Priority handlingThe same response times as the SLA, but your cases are handled first and you have a named contact. No SLA credits without a separate addendum.

PDF can be supplied as beta-labelled review material, but it is not Swedish digital public-service accessibility law (DOS)/PDF/UA-ready delivery.

Delivery is complete when two things are in place.The organisation is active with the tier's features, and the first board report has been delivered with its source table. Frequently asked questions
How does the municipal track differ from Pro?
Pro is limited beta access for individual users. Municipal Licence is an agreement with the municipality as the legal party and gives the education office a shared account with board reports, signals and comparisons.
Is Skolkoll’s data independent?
Yes. Skolkoll is editorially independent and does not charge for data quality or ranking influence. Paying customers do not affect rankings, scores or how schools are described. The municipality buys less manual work, not better numbers.
Can we cancel the agreement?
Yes. The standard agreement can be terminated on 30 days' written notice. If the quote states a specific contract period, that period applies and already invoiced periods are handled under the agreement.
Does the municipal track support SSO via SAML or OIDC?
No. SSO is not part of any tier and is quoted separately if needed.
What is not included?
No tier includes influence over rankings or scores, custom KPIs, SSO, individual-level data, phone support or SLA credits without a separate addendum. Workflow and export are included from Plus. The API is Premium only. Principal dialogue is included in every tier.

Skolkoll acts as data processor when the municipality is the data controller. All material below is public and can be shared directly with procurement officers, data protection officers and committees — no account setup required.
