How does it work?

  2. We deliver the first report and publishing surface. You receive a beta-labelled PDF, source copy and a standardised municipality view for review. No account setup required.
  3. We test the widget or embed.Your web team receives a configured snippet and a short publishing instruction.
  4. Delivery is complete when three things are in place.The PDF report is delivered, widget/embed is tested and the publishing surface is published or approved for publication.

Frequently asked questions

How does the municipal track differ from Pro?

Pro is limited beta access for individual users. Enterprise/Data is a B2B agreement with the municipality as the legal party — it can grant the right to publish Skolkoll’s key metrics on the municipality’s own channels with clear attribution and source notes.

Is Skolkoll’s data independent?

Yes. Skolkoll is editorially independent and does not charge for data quality or ranking influence. Paid products give publishing rights and support — not editorial influence. The municipality buys better publishing, not better numbers.

Can we cancel the agreement?

Yes. The standard agreement can be terminated on 30 days' written notice. If the quote states a specific contract period, that period applies and already invoiced periods are handled under the agreement.

Does the municipal track support SSO via SAML or OIDC?

No, not in the standard package. SSO, own imports and internal governance are separate quote tracks and require a scoped agreement.

What is not included?

Own data entry, custom KPIs, API, SSO, imports, principal dialogue, committee presentations, phone support and SLA credits are not included in the standard package.

Skolkoll acts as data processor when the municipality is the data controller. All material below is public and can be shared directly with procurement officers, data protection officers and committees — no account setup required.
