Skolkoll tests Enterprise and Data workflows with a small number of design-partner municipalities. The programme covers web publishing, reports, curated exports and internal workflows without influence over Skolkoll data, score, ranking or methodology.

The programme launched in spring 2026. We do not publish names, logos or quotes before written approval. Contact us if your municipality wants to join as a design partner.
Product feedback can shape publishing workflows, but never Skolkoll data, score or ranking.
Quotes from partner municipalities
Quotes are published only after written approval from the municipality, in accordance with the partner agreement's quote-approval process.
No reference quotes are published yet. We only publish approved cases that describe problem, solution and result without implying influence over data or ranking.
What design partners receive
- Scoped pilot.Scope, data exports, support and publishing surfaces are defined in a written agreement.
- Priority support.Guaranteed response within one working day and a named contact at Skolkoll for the duration of the partnership.
- Direct line to the product team.A 60-minute quarterly review where the municipality's quality lead or communications manager can give feedback on product experience and publishing workflows. Feedback cannot influence data, score, ranking or methodology.
- Early access to new features.Partner municipalities can test new widgets, report layouts and data sources before broader availability.
What we expect in return
- Quarterly feedback.A 60-minute review per quarter with a named contact person from the municipality.
- Permission to reference the partnership.We may use the municipality's name, logo or quotes only after written approval.
- Willingness to act as a reference on request.A maximum of one (1) reference call per month per municipality, with your contact person acting as gatekeeper.
